Return Policy

Products advertised in MHS’ catalog or on the MHS website (www.mhs.com) may be returned or exchanged, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy. Products that are not advertised in the MHS catalog or on the MHS website as of the date of the return or exchange cannot be returned or exchanged.

If within thirty (30) days of purchase you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchased, MHS will provide you a full credit, replacement, or refund of the purchase price paid for the relevant Product, at MHS’ option as set out in this Return Policy, subject to your compliance with the conditions and process set out in this paragraph.

For Products that were shipped to the Purchaser, the Purchaser must call the MHS Client Services Department within thirty (30) days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For any Product delivered in digital form, any return is conditional upon the Product being unused and unadministered. The Purchaser must notify MHS Client Services in writing of its intent to return the Product within thirty (30) days of purchase of such Product.

Return of any Product after thirty (30) days and prior to sixty (60) days following its purchase will only be accepted for account credit towards future purchases of any MHS published product, and subject to compliance with the conditions and return process outlined above.

Digital products may not be returned or exchanged after sixty (60) days following their purchase.

Returns for MHS paper product past (60) days of purchase will not be accepted for exchange or credit, but a digital version of such products may be purchased, if available, within one (1) year of purchase at a price equivalent to fifty (50%) of the then-current purchase price of such digital product. Please contact MHS Client Services to see if your return qualifies for conversion to a digital based product.

*Non-MHS Published Product

For any non-MHS product returned in accordance with this Return Policy, a restocking fee of 15% of the product value will be applied.

Cancellations for webinars received via email or by phone up to five (5) days prior to the event date will be issued a full refund. Any cancellation made less than five (5) days in advance will not be eligible for any refund.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, a full refund will be given upon request on any online self-directed learning programs that have not yet been opened or completed. Any learning program that has been opened or completed will not be eligible for any refund.

If within thirty (30) days of purchase, you notify MHS in writing that you no longer wish to use your tokens, MHS will provide a full credit or refund of the purchase price paid to MHS on any unused tokens. Returns past thirty (30) days and within (90) days of purchase are accepted for account credit towards future purchases of any MHS published product.

The Purchaser must call the MHS Client Services Department within ninety (90) days of token purchase. After ninety (90) days, tokens will not be accepted for exchange or credit but may be used for future purchase of any product that is sold through the MHS Talent Assessment Portal.

Tokens or uses purchased for Products will not expire as long as the account remains active. The tokens or uses will expire and revert to MHS if there has been no account activity for one (1) year.

Returns past thirty (30) days and within (90) days of purchase are accepted for account credit towards future purchases of any MHS published product.
